This is one of the best Cydia repos ever because it contains two of the most important apps for Apple iPhone and iPod users – Installous and AppSync.
Hackulo.us does not come defaultly with Cydia repositories so you have
to manually add it. Besides Installous and AppSync, Hackulo.us has got
lots of other interesting stuff too which you can experiment with.

This cydia repo is well known as the largest Cydia repository ever for all cracked apps. More than a million users of this repo.

The BigBoss repo comes as a default repo
with Cydia. It features awesome themes, wallpapers and great apps which
can be downloaded mostly for free. This is also one of the largest
cydia repositories ever.

The iPhone Cake repo is famous amongst

one of the few cydia repos that are famous for iPhone 4 and iPod Touch

Not many people seem to have heard this
name, but this is one repo where you get everything you need for your
iPhone starting from themes, tweaks to high-end games and applications!
11. iSpazio Repository - (http://cydia.hackulo.us)
The official Cydia repository of the Italian iPhone website, iSpazio,
hosts a large selection of ringtones, themes and tweaks, including those
for SMS. This repository also specializes in being the home of some of
the best
lockscreen tweaks and themes.
12. YourCydiaRepo - (http://yourcydiarepo.org)
A nice source for Cydia apps especially for those interested in mods and
tweaks without having to browse through lists and lists of themes and
wallapaper packs, which are absent on YourCydiaRepo. It also does not
host any cracked app, so all you’ll get is either paid or free stuff.
Definitely worth a try for all tweaking enthusiasts.
13. BiteYourApple Repository - (http://biteyourapple.net)
Just another Cydia repository offering themes, ringtones, wallpapers and
mods. BiteYourApple also contains all packages from Hackulo.us, so you
can do with adding just one. What makes this a must-have source for
Cydia apps is the inclusion of some famous packages like WiFi Sync,
Folder Enhancer, Frash Toggle, GroupSMS, Insomnia Pro, etc.
